Okay…there’s too many. But I will always treasure our Punk Flock outings, especially going to the airport and greeting random people as they came off their plane :)
Fosse Fosse Fosse!
Met him at a book signing in North Austin, TX. I had stayed up late the night before making him a necklace of some really odd funky black and red prayer beads I’d found. He liked it. I invited him home for lasagne, but he was leaving town, so he didn’t come over. heehee. Oh well.
I met Ad Rock in 1987, when he was filming a movie in San Antonio. He was at a hotel downtown doing a photo shoot, and afterwards he came walking through the lobby. My friend Rio and I were there. He looked at us and said, in a really cute New York accent “What’re ya doin’ here, causin’ trouble?” We were silly and got his autograph (he signed Rio’s SHOE!) and it was way cool. He was a very nice guy.
